These terms apply to text messages sent by Beauty by Brenna, a licensed esthetics practice at The Fox on 4th, 838 Fourth St, Unit B, Santa Rosa, CA 95404.
Beauty by Brenna Customer Care. We send appointment-related messages: confirmations, reminders, changes to your appointment, and replies to enquiries you send us.
There are exactly three ways you may opt in to receive text messages from us. We do not buy, rent or share phone numbers, and we run no web form that collects numbers for messaging.
You call or text our published number, 707-336-9777, shown on our HydraFacial and waxing pages. You start the conversation — if you text that number, we reply to the number you texted from, and your own outbound message is the consent. We never text a number that has not messaged us or agreed in person.
When you book by phone or in person, we ask for a mobile number and ask you directly: “Is it OK if we text you about your appointment?” You have to say yes. Nothing is pre-checked and nothing is assumed. Your number goes into the appointment record only after you agree. If you would rather not be texted, we keep the number for phone calls only.
During a visit or a call you ask us to send you a message — to confirm a time, or send booking details. The request comes from you, and we send only what you asked for.
Appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, and replies to your questions. Customer care only — no marketing and no promotional blasts.
Frequency varies by appointment activity, typically 1–4 messages per appointment.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
