These terms are an agreement between you and Beauty by Brenna, a licensed esthetics practice operating at The Fox on 4th, 838 Fourth St, Unit B, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to them.
Appointments are booked through our online booking system, by phone at 707-953-1259, or in person. An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us.
You must be 16 or older to book an appointment. No deposit is required to hold a booking.
Please give us as much notice as you can. Cancellation fees are charged as a percentage of the services you booked:
Cancellation fees are due at the time of cancellation.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as you can. Arriving well after your start time may mean your service has to be shortened, because of the appointments booked after yours.
All services are cosmetic and aesthetic. They are not medical treatment, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Nothing we provide diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. If you have a medical concern, please speak with a physician.
Before any treatment you must tell us about relevant skin conditions, allergies, medications you are taking, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, along with anything else that may affect whether a treatment is suitable for you. Some treatments are not appropriate in certain circumstances. We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is not suitable, and we may ask you to obtain clearance from your physician first.
Results vary between individuals. No outcome is guaranteed. What a treatment achieves depends on your skin, your history and factors outside our control.
Current prices for our HydraFacial services:
Packages are quoted on request. Package pricing depends on what is included and is given to you before you book. Prices are subject to change; the price quoted to you at the time of booking is the price for that appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.
15% off for new clients · September & October. Open to new clients only. It cannot be combined with any other offer, has no cash value, and expires 31 October 2026. Appointments already booked under the offer are honoured.
Gift cards are redeemable for services, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost.

Beauty by Brenna is an independent provider of HydraFacial® treatments and is not the manufacturer, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark owner. All other product and brand names referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Text messaging is covered by our separate Messaging Terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How we collect, use and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The text, images and design on this site belong to Beauty by Brenna or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. We work to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, and it is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability arising out of a service or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
